    It very well could have been a pow block but I think it was passed up in favor of item effect consistency - it's a new thing so you know it does something different.

    Personally I thought it was entertaining. It wasn't hilarious or anything but I did enjoy the silliness of it. It also reminded me of the old VHS videos they released periodically.
