I agree, I kind of hope that secret is still in the bag so to speak. It makes for an interesting dynamic between the bats and the cat.

Dick's always portrayed as kind of a ladies' man. I think maybe Batgirl caught him kissing one of the other heroines of Gotham. However, I think maybe it was the heroine kissing him then Babs just caught it at the tail-end. Being both attractive and an honorary Wayne, he's constant being flirted with and hit on by girl's on campus. Probably often right in front of Babs. Also, I think Dick really likes the attention so he's never done quite enough to turn his "suitors" away.

So what we have here is two people whose own insecurities have driven them apart. They're both hurt and neither of them is happy about the breakup. I think Dick is trying to win her back, and thus invited Babs to come along to the party.

I like the idea that a misunderstanding lead to their breakup, and I definitely think Dick is enough of a attention lover to end up in such a situation. Not sure about the idea of him being caught with a Gotham hero...cause that list is pretty short. Huntress, Black Canary, Zatanna, possibly Catwoman.

I was actually thinking Huntress would be a good candidate. She basically lives on instinct.

I made a bad Acrobatics roll... pumped it to 25 with the starting Hero Point.

Then fucking rolled a 1 for a Toughness against the impact, just in case 25 is still not good enough. Total Toughness roll of 7. Bullocks.

As in, is he a known vigilante called bronze tiger? I imagine that is a rumoured new costumed hero on the scene but bronze tiger is his martial arts name so that may not be his public name yet.

Oh by the way just to clarify without cluttering the IC thread

I've gone with Parry as my Active Defense for the Full Defense action

Which means if someone tries to hit me with a close attack or weapon, I roll my Parry (+2 for Improved Defense), with less than 10 being added to 10, and they have to beat the result! And if they miss, I get to try and break their stuff! Pretty cool! I've never played a martial artist type character before so I want to try and mess around with the little tricks the system lets you do.

I like it, being able to avoid getting punched in the head is a nice thing, being able to break someone's stuff when they fail to hit you is even better.

If anyone has read Immortal Iron Fist they will know there is a bit where Orson Randall is attacked by a couple of Heron Assassins when he answers his door. When they pull out knives he just one two smashes the knives with his fists and it's the most fucking badass thing you've ever read in a comic.

And so when I made Bronze Tiger, who would utilise a very powerful striking technique (Tiger Style Kung Fu!), I knew I had to have the chance of him smashing peoples weapons when he was attacked.
