Someone I know has a zune (refuses to part with) but their computer crashed. Recently Microsoft made it so you cannot view videos you paid for in the zune/xbox store on your zune. This was not applied as long as you didn't agree to the new TOS.
Will installing an older version of the software with older TOS be exempt from the newer TOS?
