New England meetup: ACAM arcade tournaments! May 29 - June 1

The American Classic Arcade Museum guys bring a bunch of cabs to PAX East, but they're headquartered at Funspot in Weirs Beach, NH. Their annual tournament is coming up at the end of the month, and is a weekend long event to see who can get the best scores in a dozen or so selected games. Also, a lot of those really weird guys from King of Kong are regulars, so you get to oggle at them creepily. The Weirs Beach area is pretty nice and relaxing, so there's a lot to do even if you're not hanging out at funspot all weekend. I'll be showing up thursday morning, and staying until sunday afternoon, anyone else thinking of going?

I don't know how I live less then an hours drive and never heard of this. While there's only a slim chance that I can make it to the tournament next weekend, I will certainly be checking out the arcade sometime soon.
