Like I said, I'm going to try, but I'm not expecting anything.
I pre-ordered at target, but it was only 5 bucks and I didn't get my stylus and I didn't even pay for it, so no harm no foul there. If they don't have it at Target, I'll drive around until I find a copy.

I need a picture of what the stylus's and the stylus carrier looks like. Because I better have some cool stuff come Sunday.

    This is a pokemon launch.

A business saying "Nah, we won't sell it until two days after the actual release" is practically setting fire to money.

I agree. I still don't get why they aren't doing an opening night for this. Probably because Gamestop is biased to Microsoft and Sony and they will only do opening nights for those companies. I am still camping out in my Pikachu tent. :P

So I guess some TRUs, Targets and the like are selling copies now huh?

Lame because I've locked myself in until I finish this paper, that I should be working on instead of posting here.

Well they did it for Halo and there is no way they will skip MGS4. I want a SSMBB opening and a pokemon PBR opening night at least.

They do midnight launches for a lot of things, not just games on certain systems.

And let's be honest, the audience Pokemon usually entertains isn't old enough to drive, and certainly not old enough to be at a store at midnight just to get a copy of the game. Their parents will take them the next day to get it. It'd be unprofitable to stay open til midnight just to cater to the relatively few that can actually come pick it up at their store that late at night.

It's not the same as a launch for new systems, Madden or Halo. People buying those usually have the means to, and want to pick it up at midnight. Not quite the same for Pokemon.

My retarded halo fan friend went with his mom and waited in line all day just for Halo 2. I walked in 2 days later and got the special edition with no waiting. I was so happy. Even though I hate Halo. Mine came with a free 7 Eleven slushie coupon. And I was happy.

How did you buy it without a parent or someone older than you.
That game came out when you were 11 or 12
No fucking way they let you buy it

Yes they do. I play all sorts of Mature games. My gamecrazy even had a note on my account saying that I could get M games w/o a parent. That is, until the esrb really started to crack down on that.

That's incredibly irresponsible of them. Also, I have a feeling you're lying. No employee is going to risk their job for some little kid.

It isn't risking their job. My parents came up to the store manager and told him, he said okay. And bang! I could get games. Of course if someone new worked there, they would reassure themselves and ask the store manager.

So Feather Rest/Roost apparently heals your flying(or anyone that can learn it) for 50% of their health.

But at the same time makes the pokemon(if it's a flying type) vulnerable to ground type moves.

Oh it also sets your damage from electric/ice/rock/grass/bug/fighting to 1x instead of boosted and non boosted. But I think it only lasts the turn you use the move on.

Halo is a damn good FPS, and I defy you to name me one better.
Let me guess though, since you apparently are a nintendo fanboy:
    Metroid Prime?

Halo was all around mediocre and Halo 2 had pretty damn good multiplayer with lackluster singleplayer.

okay, so, i know of three pokemon i will probably have in my team: torterra, arcanine, and either magnezone or electivire

so what moves would be best for these three and what should i have fill the purpose of a water pokemon + two other types (yes there are many types and i am dumb for having grass/fire/electric/water filling up four slots)
