Sheraton question

Can anyone confirm that if I book a room online with a credit card that I will not be charged anything until the actual date? Or do they charge the full amount to your card right away? I'm a little worried because I can't find any clear wording on the site.

i'm sure they don't charge you right away, but, if you're really worried, don't take our word for it, just call the customer service line on the website, should only take a minute.

Its just like every other hotel. Your card is only charged the cost of the room at your checkout.

Sometimes they do a temp charge to make sure the card is active and you have the available credit/funds. If you are using a debit card make sure you have the balance in your bank account to cover that or you might be dinged with an overdraft charge.
