ATI Radeon X300/X550

The PC I'm currently using has an ATI Radeon X300/X550 GPU in it, but I'm not sure of the specs. I was wondering if anybody had more information about it (my Google-fu is weak), specifically its memory. Any help would be appreciated.

    Go to the start menu then go to run and type dxdiag . Once that is open go to the display tab and it will tell you about your vid card.
