Multi-user password iOS app

Mrs. Cog and I constantly forget which login & password we use for what website/account, and we're looking for an app to help solve that for us. Obviously we could just make a big ass list in our notes app, but since I love toys and automation, I'm looking for something more fun & organized than that. Is anyone aware of a password/credentials app that can be used by more than one mobile device?

We have, for example, a groceries app that immediately syncs changes to each others' phones when we add/remove something from the list. Can anyone recommend such an app for passwords, so when one of us updates credentials for a billpay site or ebay account or some such, we can just update the login in the app and it's always current for the other Cog?

1Password is the password storage tool that I use and it syncs (via Dropbox or some other service) to any number of devices or computers.

Will that sync to two different people's phones?

Also, do you buy it one time, or once per person who uses it?

    Do you share passwords?

It's once per 'vault', which is what 1Pass calls their pword repository (unless you buy 1Pass for business, but that's another animal).

Depends what you mean by share passwords. We often have need to use each others accounts for things, or there's one account we both use (a banking account, or netflix or amazon or something) and we both have the login to it.

Yeah it sounds like that's doable--honestly their website does an awesome job of explaining how all the things integrate so I'm going to stop trying and just say that they're awesome

I'll just have to talk Mrs Cog into the price point now. Or wait for a sale. I see it does occasionally go for ~half price.

    Thanks guys.
