Hello good people of SE. Normally I do not post here but I come to you asking one of life's most important questions: What makes a good sandwich?

You see , I am to prepare a sandwich which I plan on consuming tomorrow during the meal known as "lunch." I require that which is both nutritious as well as delicious.

    once I was really hungry but I didn't have anything great to make into a sandwich

    so I put baby carrots and hummus in there

    The only sandwiches I really eat are grilled cheese and scrambled eggs on toast

    also bologna and roast beef
