The joy of throwing sticks in to the lake ... forgotten. This comic breaks my heart.

It's no wonder Seventeen freaked out when she thought she lost her Love Bug. It's the one thing that's seen her through her darkest moments--her security blanket.

I'm looking forward to how this arc resolves. What if any long term effects of remembering painful, repressed memories will have on Seventeen.

Poor seventeen, but man that is quite a jump out of that box. Snapping that stick was very poignant.

    Kitty on the hill...

So... How did she lose her memories in the first place?

At this point I would assume she suppressed them because they're so traumatic. I might have said that she was so young when she came to CW that she doesn't remember it, but she doesn't look much younger in the flashback than she does in the present, so that theory is problematic.

This is great. I wish the suppressed memories were just triggered by the stick and not the pills though.

I'm glad the cat was not in one of the "memory" panels, before the feral cat drop. That would have ruined continuity. ;)

111 comics to setup this moment. I feel like I need to share it with people but I know they would have to follow the story to this point for it to matter at all. Ugh, I'm all alone in my sorrow!!!

I just had to make an account for this because WOW. I thought maybe she had gotten left when she was a lot younger but it's just TOO SAD she doesn't deserve this.

Did the memory get triggered by the stick tugging at her hair? Because that is a nice touch.
