Ugh, why did I go to the Gamespot forums to read about the layoffs? It's just people reveling in the misery and starting beeves with the Giant Bomb forum for being "too civilized" about the situation. Yes, the Gamespot forums think the Giant Bomb forums are being too nice.
I just can't bring myself to post on the GB forums. Even some of the moderators act like teenagers. It's just kind of a gross place
I had a Tandy 1000. Best version of Battle Chess in my opinion! The NES version is missing a lot of sounds/effects
My dad got a Tandy 1400 laptop. We too played battle chess on it.
Also I remember crowding around it to play the first Sierra Laura Bow game. It was out first 3 1/2 floppy computer! It was 5 1/4 all the way down before that.
I missed the entire 16bit. Generation, aside from my brother (who traded one for another) and my friend who had both. Basically I didn't have permanent access to either console, but I got to play both.
'Course I was playing the shit out of doom on PC by the middle of that generation.

Yeah, we never even owned a 5 1/4 computer, but they were so cool looking to me for some reason. I remember seeing Ghostbusters on one of those things
I just saw some tweets from a Blizzard dev talking about how they're having to delay the Blood Elf model updates until after Warlords is released.
Every single tweet response I saw was kind stuff like "take your time I know they'll be worth the extra wait".
I can't believe what I'm seeing here.
Dude blizzard diehards have fucking Stockholm
They've been lied to so many times
Nah man, the level of toxic responses I've seen from WoW players towards Blizzard over the years has rivalled the toxicity of Dota or Hon players. That's why I'm so damn surprised.
There was a DBZ CCG. I bought it, but I didn't have any friends, the end
The DBZ CCG is one of those CCGs where I inexplicably had some of the cards from somewhere, but never enough to actually play a game with (much like the Digimon CCG and the Bionicle CCG)

The level of toxicity and the level of pervertedness has to be pretty close to 1:1 though
So people probably really want well done belf models
For my part, despite playing female undead, I definitely want the Prettiest Princess quota for the belf model kept strong.
Man I used to fucking love Digimon. When the anime aired on TV in the mornings just as I had to leave to go to school I used to set our VCR to tape it so I could watch it when I got home. I did that 5 days a week for a couple of years or something.
Now I just still love WarGreymon. He's a baller.

Yeah my dad bought the apple IIc to write his novels. It was cool, you could attach it to a tv and get color! We had Black Caldron and Hitchhiker's Guide.
Also we had Ghostbusters. That the worst game ever. I never got past the driving. Nothing explained what you had to do.
Oh an it had no hard drive so you needed this MASIVE extra disk drive to put another disk in so you could save. It also made cool noises when it loaded.
I usually give Nino the drops, wait until that mission where you're on a little island you can theoretically block off with some tanks, load her down with Fire tomes, and then let her go to town
Once I got her all the way to sage on that mission alone and she was completely unstoppable for the rest of the game but you seriously have to baby her to get her to work

are you callin yugioh kids better than digimon kids, becuz lmao
In the end I got the better games but at the same time she had Shining Force 2 and that never stopped hurting, just a little bit.
Yo that bird turns into a phoenix.
And the cardgame was worse than the fucking harry potter one that was basically just MtG for kidzzz

No man no
Nothing beats Magi Nation.
'Course I was playing the shit out of doom on PC by the middle of that generation.
They just delay everything
Also they've been saying since day 1 that these models might not all make launch
Also also people are sick for Warlords and would rather just have it out
IS IT FINALLY TIME
golden axe is rad as hell
It was mediocre
The Yu Yu Hakusho one was better.
I had a Kuwabara deck that was op as fuck.
That's ok, you were a kid, you didn't know what good decisions were yet
Yeah, we never even owned a 5 1/4 computer, but they were so cool looking to me for some reason. I remember seeing Ghostbusters on one of those things
My favorite Magikarp is Nino from Fire Emblem 7

Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, fucking Dot Hack.
No no no, Kiwi is the proto magkarp.
Tiny little turtle dude with basically no HP but high defense turns into
A FUCKING MONSTER THAT BREATHES FIRE AND HAS LOTS OF HP AND STILL A LOT OF DEFENSE

Damn the Star Trek CCG.
Your choices until around the Q expansion were 1) Play Federation, 2) Why the fuck aren't you playing Federation?
And then Q Tents, ugh, Q Tents.

Crap what a hastle it is to try and use her in a run, even on normal
She has some cool supports though
I bet they will change the /dance more, I love the /dance...
My brother has that really broken rare Wesley Crusher card.
Isn't he fairly clutch in the early game but totally worthless near the end
Now I just still love WarGreymon. He's a baller.

It still works!
Once I got her all the way to sage on that mission alone and she was completely unstoppable for the rest of the game but you seriously have to baby her to get her to work
