Game makers, make a mod in fallout out skyrim. come up with a design, big or small, set goals, accomplish!

very big support for gamebryo children so you will find answers. I did and made piece of shit in sig.

for time being, consider absolute simplest way to resolve conflict (rock, paper, scissors; high card, coin toss) and model that as a game, then slowly spiral out with more features.

Also, we need a to buy computer parts online and gift them out, like a reverse wishlist.

    nutty poop! nutty poop!

Are her breasts bigger than her head? And what's with the toothpick midsection? No way her spine could hold those up. I'll admit, I enjoy a certain level of unrealistic video-game proportions at times, but that's past ridiculous and on it's way to caricature.

*edit* Oh God why does her spine curve like that?!?! My back hurts now. Owwwwww.

If I remember correctly, most of the more popular female body replacement mods come with options like petite, athletic, surgically enhanced, and Heavy Metal (1981). It's completely possible to have better female bodies that aren't cartoonish while having all the pretty dresses fit without extra work. Most of the male ones, however, seemed to have only one model which could be called "steroid abuse."

As someone who dabbles in 3d modeling and texturing from time to time and did release a full-blown body mod for Oblivion (and Fallout 3 but let's not go there) I can safely say that realistic** and pretty-princess-dressup options are out there. My Oblivion body mod* with a few outfits I converted to fit it:
    Exempli Gratia 1
    Exempli Gratia 2
    Exempli Gratia 3
    Exempli Gratia 4

(I did a body mod for Skyrim, too, but never released it. Because community. And I just finished one last night for Saints Row 3 but that one was just 100% texture work, no modeling.)

    * Found on Nexus as the "TGND" body for the curious
** Disclaimer: "realistic" only within the parameters of the game engine and its limits

I remember seeing something of yours within the last few days for . . . Dragon Age, I think it was? As I scrolled through the top mods on the Nexus. And I was like, "wait a minute, isn't that Pixie's modder name?"; apparently my memory serves me well, for once. ;)

Interesting - is the solution to turn off vsync in individual games or is there some overall setting on my graphic card I might want to consider switching off?

If vsync is giving you trouble, try turning it off, definitely. You may wind up with tearing, but that could be preferable to the drops in FPS. What brand vid card do you have? Nvidia has adaptive vsync which turns itself off if it drops below 60fps so that it won't hit 30fps. Pretty smart tech. Wish it was in my AMD!

Oblivion. I have never released anything for Skyrim. I hoard them all for myself now like the selfish witch I am! :P

I did a fair number of Fallout 3 mods, too. But never got into FO:NV so nothing for that.

I would not really advise looking for my Dragon Age mods. The main one, which I leave up partly because I'm lazy and partly because it does have like a million downloads, is not my finest hour. I should never have released it in the first place. But eh, whatever.

Blender is great. And Nifskope. The free-tools-for-everybody people are pretty damn amazing.

On the texturing side, I've tried using Gimp (because free) but just can not seem to get a grip on it. So I'm still using an antique version of Photoshop (6.0! It's so old the installer is a 16-bit installer and it takes voodoo magic to get it to install on Windows 7!). I keep telling myself that someday I'll be able to get a newer version. Someday... But it's so damn expensive. :(

Fuh. King. Hell. And yet you won't so much as talk about it, beyond grudgingly acknowledging its existence. Still, 'grats, that is a pretty awesome achievement. Obviously a lot of people like it!

The best I've ever managed is nearly 60,000 views of this 10-second Youtube clip from Forza 3, in which lag created weirdness:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4YpF9-mggo

It baffles me why it's so high, but okay. This one's at just over 16,600, which seems more in the realms of sanity:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uOr3eXuYRY

Just test-runs of Forza 3's Youtube functionality, which involved jumping through several hoops because Microsoft/console/reasons.

I still use Paint Shop Pro v3.12. It's a 1995 edition. The very first release, IIRC, to support long filenames rather than just eight-characters-dot-extension. But it's still happily functional in every way, plays nice with Win 7 and USB printers etc, is a seemingly portable app so no installation troubles, and has a very pleasant interface. I'm still very happy with it.

70% trial and error. And error. And error.
25% reading guides online (most Oblivion fan forums had very skilled modders who were happy to write up detailed step-by-step guides for specific tasks. I can't point to them anymore as I've been uninvolved in TES communities/modding for a couple of years now.)
5% asking questions of the people who wrote the above guides.

The other method that I used this last time is to use msconfig to restart Windows in diagnostic mode. The installer works that way. Then use msconfig to reset Windows to normal start.

There's been moments in the game that are legit funny and moments where I'm just laughing at the game. But I don't think the game minds at all, it's just laughing right along too.
