Best mic/headphone combo?

Where can I get a really good headphone and microphone combo for under $60? Preferably over-ear but I wouldn't necessarily dispute using an on ear setup.

Yeah I'd personally go with a decent desktop USB mic from someone like Logitech, and then the nicest headphones I could afford.
