Need a wage/tax calculator for NC

I'm looking for something that, if I plug in my gross pay and hours, will give me an idea of what I take home at the end of the week. This is in NC. Trying to do some salary negotiations before I accept a position and I want to get my figures straight. Thanks guys.

I just generally figure I'll pay about 1/3 in taxes, between FICA/State income/Federal.

Otherwise this is a pretty simple thing to put into excel, you just have to look up the tax rates. That said depending on if you own a house, are married, have kids etc, what you actually will pay in taxes is more complex.

Yeah that's about what I figured. What I mostly want to know is what my take home will be. I'm still in the "so young/poor I get a refund every year" category so I'm not too worried about that. I found one here that seems okay: http://www.paycheckcity.com/index.php

That said, it's more targeted around salary...or at least that's what I've ever used it for.
