So, after my last cell phone thread, I looked around Amazon for a good deal, but I found that they're offering the vx9900 (enV) for free with activation/contract renewal and a $150 rebate. These are the terms outlined (they can be found here: http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=dp_rebates_1/102-2847832-8408125?ie=UTF8&node=317378011&m=A13VEIVXU1FLP2&s=wireless
Wirefly Rebate Terms and Conditions

REBATE REQUIREMENTS

1. Purchase device and calling plan from Wirefly.com.

2 Complete the rebate form included with your phone shipment (or available on www.whereismyorder.com once your order ships) and include the following documentation with your rebate submission:

Copy of the dated sales receipt included with your shipment or available on www.whereismyorder.com.

Copy of the 12-digit UPC bar code from the wireless phone box.

Copy of your 4th wireless bill dated within 150 days of the Activation (or Process) Date on your sales receipt.

3. Sign and date the rebate form.

4 Submit the completed rebate form and all documents listed above to the address listed on the form. Rebate submissions must be postmarked NO EARLIER THAN 120 DAYS AFTER THE ACTIVATION (OR PROCESS) DATE SHOWN ON YOUR SALES RECEIPT AND NO LATER THAN 180 DAYS AFTER THE ACTIVATION (OR PROCESS) DATE SHOWN ON YOUR SALES RECEIPT. Submissions not correctly postmarked will not qualify and will be null and void.

5.Limit one rebate form per envelope. If you submit multiple rebate requests, all required documentation must accompany each submitted claim.

Additional Important Terms

Your account must be active and in good standing with the wireless carrier you originally signed up with to qualify for this rebate offer. Your rebate request will not be honored if (a) you are using a SIM card other than the one included in your new phone without our written permission, (b) you called your wireless carrier to activate your new phone, (c) you changed your mobile phone number, (d) you downgraded your wireless service plan, (e) you deactivated your account or your account was suspended by your wireless carrier, or (f) your equipment purchase was not paid-in-full within 30 days of order completion.

We are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due requests. Offer valid in the US only.

If you comply in all respects with the requirements listed above, we will mail you a check 60 days after we receive your rebate submission.

All rebates will be paid in US currency. Failure to cash a rebate check within 90 days of issuance shall void the rebate check and we shall have no obligation to the rebate.

I understand every bit of this except for step number four, as well as 'including a copy of my fourth wireless bill.' Is it as simple as I think it is? Say, my first bill is in January, second is in February, etc... They're asking for a copy of my wireless bill for April? And as such, it physically cannot be dated/postmarked earlier than 120 days from activation (the 150 date simply sets a time frame to do this within 30 days)?

If that's all there is to it, then I suppose I understand it all. I'd just like clarification. This seems like a good offer, is it only because they're banking on me to forget? Is there any reason why I should otherwise be wary of this?

Btw, here is the direct Amazon link. http://www.amazon.com/LG-enV-Phone-Verizon-Wireless/dp/B000LNOFH0/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-2847832-8408125?ie=UTF8&s=wireless&qid=1176356542&sr=8-1

(apologies for the editing mishap, I still don't know how to delete...)
