FF ext. that checks site updates?

I remember there being a Firefox extension that would refresh a page and then if something on it changed, it would update you. I'm pretty sure this extension exists. Can someone help me out here?

    Isn't this what you would use RSS for? Monitoring site updates?

    I don't know how well it'll work for you, but I use http://pageupdatechecker.mozdev.org/

    It's generally accurate, but sometimes I find it doesn't work on certain pages.

    Found something called co.mments.

    Also something called commentful (site currently down).
