Replacing a laptop fan, can't find any new ones?
So yeah, I have an old laptop that I was planning on turning into a mobile workstation, but the fan is busted (Rotor seems to be busted, the fan resists moving when pushed on and refuses to move at all on it's own)
The problem is I searched all over the web but I can't find anyone or place that sells replacement fans. Does anyone know where I would have to look to get a new one? I really don't want to have to consign this laptop to the brick pile, everything else works buttery smooth, the only thing standing between it and me using it is the fact that I don't want 800 USD of silicon and rare earth metal slag to melt my scrotum after 20 minutes of usage.

Are there any labels/model numbers on the fan itself?
Assuming you're not a bot (if you are human, I apologize), the last time I had a hard to find fan I needed to replace I was able to find it on http://www.cdrtd.com.
Less efficient, but possibly workable, maybe some kind of external cooling pad for the laptop? Like one of these
But as for the make and model is an Acer Aspire V3-571G-9686, the fan contains no significant markings on it anywhere that I can discern. I'm not sure if a cooling pad would work unless it's super-heavy duty, the kind of work I will be doing on this laptop involves compiling code and working with UDK.
That website you linked is new to me, I'll snoop around there first and see if it doesn't have anything, thanks for the help so far!
