Computer Is Back From Repair: Now I Have Lost The Color Red

Hi H/A.

I have an iBuypower machine that asploded and had to get sent back and have a new motherboard and power supply put it in. I booted it up and it works great.

Unfortunately, I have lost the color red.

I have an AMD HD 7900 series video card.

My monitor is an LG LED 24EN33.

It's VGA --- DVI which I think is dumb but whatever, that's how I had to hook it up initially.

More specifically its Monitor --> VGA --> DVI-A --> Video Card (DVI-I).

I do not see any bent pins.

Did my monitor burn out in the mean time? Do I need a new connector? The monitor appears fine when not connected to my computer. Wondering if my connector went bad.

    It was the connection in the back of the monitor.

    Yeah for anyone running across this, weird colors are almost always caused by a monitor cable that's been twisted to all fuck, or a loose connector/bent pin.

    not a doctor, not a lawyer, examples I use may not be fully researched so don't take out of context plz, don't @ me
