[Camp Comic] Friday, November 28, 2014 - Deduction
Meta is going nuclear in this fine felinous comic, love how it grabs feral finders along even more tightly while joker-faced kid lurks in the backstage of this dual-plot intrique, mumbling "everything burns...". Great opportunity to make art that tanglibly speaks to viewers.
Unfortunately far too easy kitty here also, although quite well camouflaged.
hahaha something about the line "You will have to imagine him orange, as I did not have that crayon available." hit me RIGHT on the funnybone... Had to take five before I could read the rest of the comic.
Might just be me, but I'm going to imagine every hidden cat from here on out as the father. No real reason, only that it makes the irony of Malachi's search that much worse, always close but never actually finding him.
I never liked the idea of having 2 or more fathers when it comes to the manipulated breeding.
If the case is voluntarily on both sides, I'm more tolerant with it, but to be honest I'm not sure. It just doesn't feel right to me at all.
Another possibility is that they all have the same dad, but sometimes the colouring or pigment of the fur skips a generation, making the cat look different than either of the parents. If that's the case; more background knowledge on both family lines is required.
I hope it's the latter option. Unless the father(s) wont be revealed at all on the next part(s).

I was kind of wanting to see how crazy it would drive people if this series continued on for another week or so without any hidden kitties.
The jokes in panels 4 and 6 were just too great and had me in stitches.
Expand his business.
Well that makes sense if the bonfire is so they can remember remember the 5th of November...
It would be a good tie-in to the birthday "we don't know what the date is" subplot as well.
