With HHH, at least he's still sort of a performer and you can immediately look at the dude and go "yeah, I want to have his body." While Steph is definitely built, it's not like it's a big part of her character or that she gets to show it.

They are legit workout dvd's their characters on TV have nothing to do with it, Steph is ripped...she can have a workout dvd

The other thing is while Triple H's DVD is being marketed as a "power" DVD, Steph's is being marketed as a "Fit" DVD--which makes sense for the audience they're targeting, because she's not known as a wrestler (SummerSlam aside). So her workout is going to be different than, say, Naomi's or Natalya's, because she's trying to stay in shape rather than be able to lift a human.
