Alright earlier this week I made a thread about how my xbox was freezing and what to do. So I called support they said they'd ship me a box and then I'd ship it out yada yada. Well about 1 full week later and I have no box, no emails, no information anything. Should I call them again and go through that automated hell or should I just be more patient. Not a real important issue but I'm not used to dealing with my gaming systems support.
I'd call again and bitch, I've had to do it a couple with 360 customer support. All they'll probably tell you is that it's been shipped out, should be there in a couple days or whatever, but it's worth calling.
After many years of buying things online, eBay, etc. I learned that shit always arrives the very next day after you call the sender and bitch about it not being there yet. Some kind of variant of Murphy's Law or something.
