PAX East 2015 Omeganaut Calls Have Gone Out [Omeganauts Check in Here!]
Hi kids! It's SerySeraphical here. You may not remember me from East 2012's "Well, maybe if I can keep Wolverine alive enough just to get to the next level, I'll be fine" first round. Calls have gone out to those brave enough to volunteer as tributes for the QUARTER QUELL Omeganauts for the 6th Annual PAX East Omegathon!
For those that don't know, the Omegathon is a convention-long elimination gaming tournament that pits random convention-goers against each other (you got a sign up email if you bought badges). 32 random folks are picked, paired and slowly whittled down till the last two remain (and get a trip somewhere).
If you were one of the lucky few to answer Khoo's call for East 2015, check in here so we can find out who you all are and wish you luck undergoing the most nerve-wracking, torturous incredible, life-affirming experience!
If you didn't get the call this year, don't worry! Post and say good luck to your fellow PAXers! Then later you can watch and think "I'm glad that's not me up there" while they have to play some weird variant of Jenga while drinking water and whistling the Star-Spangled Banner....

ETA: and i would have credited you, but then i forgot to. and now it seems like overkill, what with you claiming source in the next post....
if whatever Omega wants credit for the final round in which they had to pet cats to sleep, but they and their teammate had each gotten one cat to fall asleep on their laps and thus couldn't reach the third without waking the sleeping kitties... let me know...
i'm pretty sure that's an actual nightmare one of the omegas had. so, y'know, you have nightmares to look forward to, newbies.

Okay yeah it's me. Got the call this morning.
Now I've got a dozen games up on a dozen monitors and I'm playing them all simultaneously; you can never train too soon, or too much.
