Looking for people to meet up!
Okay this might be a little sad to ask but... Here's a quick story.
Around Summer 2014 I had a group of friends that I played League of Legends everyday with. I currently live in Michigan and my friends all knew each other in real life and lived around Texas, some in San Antonio, some in Oklahoma etc etc.
During this time, my friend Pete heard that PAX south was coming to San Antonio in Jan 2015 and passed a joke that we should all meet up and attend it. As time passed, we began to grow more and more interested in actually attending, maybe renting a hotel for the weekend and just hanging out for the first time.
As I had recently moved from Northern Ireland to Michigan, I don't have a lot of real life friends in my area so I was all for going and getting to know these people whom I played hours of League with everyday on Skype/Curse Voice etc. We all decided after a while to just say "screw it, lets just buy the tickets before they all sell out" as the all day passes had already been bought up and only the single day ones remained - of which I bought a Saturday pass.
However, such as life is, one by one we all kinda drifted apart. One friend moved back home to Arizona, another I haven't heard from in about 5 months so sadly enough, no one is actually going to the Pax event anymore.
But this is where you can help! I've always wanted to attend a Convention of this size as there were rarely ones of interest back home in Northern Ireland. It'd be amazing if there were people going to Pax South and wouldn't mind meeting up with me and letting me tagging along! I just don't want to attend alone and spend the whole weekend by myself when I should have been going with 3-4 other guys. Thank you so much in advance!
tl;dr - I would love to meet up with people going to Pax South as I've already bought my ticket but plans have fallen through with friends.

On Thursday I would suggest you all Uber to "Brass Monkey" It's about 5 minutes from downtown. The DJ they have is from austin and plays a lot of great dance music. His name is Glitoris. He is voted top dance night every years in Austin and does an amazing job here as well. Btw, it's 75 cent wells all night...can't beat that.

There are about 4 other bars on the street you could go to as well. All pretty cheap
