Just wanted to share something for PAX South. I used Guidebook (the same app that you can download the official PAX South 2015 Guide on) to make a Pinny Arcade guide.
If you've already downloaded Guidebook for use at PAX South, then you're already familiar with this process. If not, here are the relevant links.
You can click on "Download Guide" and use the search bar to search for "Pinny Arcade", alternatively you can input the redeem code "pinnyarcade" to download direct.
Doesn't work properly for my Windows phone, I am unable to download it to my phone and need constant internet connection to view it, but it works great on my mate IOS. I have started making a pinny app for Win8 phones and tablet users, just something simple to use on the road to let you know what pins you need and what pins you have to trade. hopefully I can get it out before EAST.
FYI, if people have more info that they want to add. I can add and publish updates pretty much instantly . Please share as we get info on how to acquire the pins
Absolutely! I will be maintaining this for all PAXes. Loading data into it is super simple. I threw things together really quickly but would like to spend sometime updating the info for each pin. I.e putting in known/guessed print runs and other useful info. Only had time to put more effort in the PAX South pin info for now
@pvp_panda I'm not stepping on your toes with my Windows app am I? As mentioned Guidebook on Windows phone doesn't have an option or the feature to download it as an app to the phone. The only way to view it is as a webpage, which can be a bit of shit if you're out or low on data.
