Audio Gurus: How to Muffle the Sound from an Aura Interactor VR Vest

It's basically a subwoofer built into a vest. I think it's awesome, to be honest. Issue is that I live in an apartment, and while playing with headphones used to be enough, the Aura Interactor has a built in speaker, and its vibration is proportionate to the amount of volume fed it. The vibration goes into my back, but the sound goes outward to the surrounding apartments.

How do I either muffle the audio or prevent it from playing while keeping the vibrations?

Turns out the insulation must be better than I thought, as I can play on full volume and my neighbors don't seem to mind. Consider this issue resolved.

For the record, I also discovered that if "Mode" is set to "B", only vibration and not audio is sent to the backpack.
