We called it the Traveler, and its arrival changed us forever. Great cities were built on Mars and Venus; Mercury became a garden world. Human lifespan tripled. It was a time of miracles. We stared out at the galaxy and knew that it was our Destiny to walk in the light of other stars.
But the Traveler had an enemy. A Darkness - which had hunted it for eons, across the black gulfs of space, centuries after our Golden Age began. This Darkness... found us. And that was the end of everything.
That is, until Peter Dinklage found
you, Guardian!
Destiny: Penny Arcade G&T Saves the Universe and Everything in It is an online multiplayer action role-playing sci-fi-fantasy *deep breath* first-person shooter for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 and the first title in a proposed 10-year, zillion-dollar franchise from Bungie and Activision. It’s MMO-like – think gear, skill trees, leveling up, and party play – with an emphasis on exploration and discovery.
The game is set in our own solar system, 700 years in the future, following a prosperous period of exploration and colonization ushered in by the arrival of the “Traveler,” a mysterious celestial body (pictured above). The Golden Age came to an abrupt end as a result of a momentous event called “the Collapse,” a calamity that wiped out human colonies everywhere, and as our story begins, humanity has retreated to the Last City on Earth, our shared home and the launching point for our journey back to the stars.
The Traveler watches over the Last City, and it is recruiting heroes from Earth to help protect our doomed planet, but the Darkness that hunts it is descending upon us. We must fight back against that Darkness, Guardians. We must suit up and set out - to the Moon and the planets beyond. We are humanity’s last hope.
Expansion I: The Dark Below
Guardians: over the past several months, we have taken the first steps in our quest to defend the Last City and reclaim the skies. We've wrestled the wasteland of Old Russia from our foes. We've taken back the surface of the Moon and slain an unchained beast in the darkness of our planet's cratered, barren neighbor. We've taken up arms against warmongering behemoths and beaten them back. We've fought timeless machines, weaving in and out of time and emerging from the toughest challenge we've faced with our arms full of loot and our hearts full of pride. But this was only the beginning.
At home, we've stabilized the war effort. We move freely through the Tower, spending our accrued wealth and devising strategies for future encounters. We revisit the scenes of our former glories. We spar with our fellow guardians and raise our flag as a clan, night after night. We rose above the competition in the Iron Banner. We proved our might to the Queen. Today, we take the next step forward. Today, we continue our journey.
In the darkest depths of the Moon, the Hive stir, summoning a threat greater than any we have seen. Crota, the Hive god and son of Oryx, is gathering his strength to emerge from the shadows and invade our homeworld. We must descend into the Hellmouth and destroy this creature. We must put a stop to the Hive's ambitions and put our own into action. Together, we must brave the Dark Below.
Join Pax Arcadia! Our clan is on both systems!
We've assembled a Bungie.net group - and within that group, a PlayStation clan and an Xbox clan - so that PA G&Ters can play together. We're Pax Arcadia, and we're currently making our way through endgame content and crushing the Crucible in six-man fireteams on a nightly basis!
Edit (1/11/15): Unfortunately, both Pax Arcadia (the original clan) and Pax Arcadia II (the overflow clan) are full up to their 100-player caps for now on the PlayStation side; Pax Arcadia is full up to the cap on the Xbox side as well. If you're interested in joining us on either system, send a PM to @GMaster7 and @ObiFett and let us know. We'll add you to a waiting list and let you know when a spot opens up - we have periodic openings more often than you'd think. I'd still encourage everyone to join the regular Pax Arcadia group - or both groups - if possible, so that when Bungie eventually raises or removes the level cap, we can consolidate into one super-group. Plus, joining the group (which is the no-limit entity that houses the 100-limit clan) allows you to access the group's message board feature, for assembling fireteams and such.To join:
1. Send
@GMaster7 (on the PS side) or
@ObiFett (on the Xbox side) - or preferably, both - a PM, letting us know that you're applying.
2. Hit up the Bungie.net group for Pax Arcadia (
right here, at this link) and apply for membership. If necessary, you can then hit up the group for Pax Arcadia II (
right here) and apply for membership.
3. Add yourself to the
Pax Arcadia Mega-Roster that we've created to keep track of membership. Use the tabs at the bottom to select your console, and put yourself at the bottom of your tab's list. We'll bump you up to your proper alphabetical placement once you're in the group.
4. When we get your PM and see that you're on the spreadsheet, we'll accept you to the
group(s). Then, you have to separately join your system's
clan, if there's space - so click "
Set as PlayStation Clan" in your group's banner if you're on PS3/PS4 or "
Set as Xbox Clan" in Pax Arcadia's banner if you're on 360/XB1 to officially request admission to the clan. (Note: This only works after you've played the game on your system for the first time.) We'll accept you asap.
5. Friend some PAers, hop online, and take to the skies in the name of Pax Arcadia!
PA Control Tips!
If you're playing Control with PA, you're going to want to hunker down and prioritize holding the following points on the following maps:
Shores of Time: B and C
Blind Watch: B and C
Rusted Lands: A and B
Firebase Delphi: A and B
Twilight Gap: A and B
Capture and defend these points and avoid the third point on each map. Don't try to be a hero and go for that third point, even if you're up by a large margin - this will only flip the spawns and put your enemy in a more advantageous position. Alternatively, if your team is running into a meat grinder at the two better points and the third point is sitting there untouched for a prolonged period of time, you might consider taking it just to keep yourselves in the game. But Blind Watch A and Firebase Delphi C are usually off-limits completely, because they're
that toxic - other than an optional cap in the first few seconds of the match.
Here are some additional tips, from
@Trojan35:
- Control is still Deathmatch. Control is NOT an objective gametype, it's a slayer gametype with some score modifiers. K+A vs D spread should still be your primary focus. For example, let's say you lead your team in points and deaths, with 20 kills and 20 deaths. You are actually a significant drag on your team despite leading in points and having a 1.0 K/D. Why, you ask? It's because the other team gets +50 bonus points for killing you every time you die since you're leading your team in scoring. So, assuming no other modifiers, you scored 2000 points in kills but gave the other team 3000, for a -1000 drag to your team. Sadly, the individual scoring does not highlight this at all and encourages this type of behavior. Don't judge yourself entirely on your score, but your net benefit to your team.
- Spawn point is a critical objective. I just said the control points are a distant second to K/D spread, but they're still important. Their biggest benefit is forcing enemy spawns to the "bad" side of the map. Once you hold the two "good" objectives, never cap the third. Controlling the correct side of the map allows you a distinct advantage in all 1v1 and teamfights, as well as better control of heavy spawns. Teams will often zerg into the killing lanes and give you tons of free kills. Oh, you also get bonus points for having 2 objectives. Capping the 3rd is exactly what the enemy needs to flip the map. I've seen +6k point leads turn into losses with 1 bad cap and a map flip. Don't do it.
If you forget the above list of priority points, remember that B is always good. If you're on the "bad" side, don't rush in head first trying to desperately grab B as you'll just dig yourself a bigger hole. Your goal is to flip the map while losing as few points in the process as possible. Wait for heavy/super spawns and then try to flip the map by grabbing the far-capture point. Just being alive and on the good side of the map will force enemy spawns closer to the middle and yours towards the good side, which is the start to flipping the map.
- Stick together but don't bunch up. It's easier to win fights 3v1 than 1v3. Further, capturing an objective together gives +100 points for each team member in the circle. 1-man cap kinda stinks at only 100 points, but a 4-man cap can be huge. Stick together and you'll get more points and more wins. That said, never bunch up because an enemy super is going to ruin your day and get a massive point total (~4 kills, bonus points for multi-kill and super-kills, and likely on his way to kill streak bonus points). This is why a 6-man cap is high risk high reward.
If you never let the team kill more than 1-2 with their supers, odds are you're going to do very well. If you let them consistently get 3-4 kill supers off you're going to have a bad time. Tactical retreats are very useful vs Golden Gun, Radiance, and Bubble.
- The game swings on Heavies and Supers. Use your supers strategically. Always get 2+ kills with your super. I always laugh when I get the drop on someone and they panic-super me for a 1:1 trade. Better to die and use the super right to get multiple kills, generate orbs, and hopefully a kill streak bonus or heavy ammo steal. The first heavy ammo spawn usually coincides with supers charging, so if you have heavy be careful for supers that may ruin your day. Conversely, use your super on enemies as they collect their heavy ammo spawn to steal it.
- Find the right loadout. If you want to get into the details, here's a great spreadsheet showing the fastest TTK weapons assuming perfect accuracy. Think about how you want to play the map you're currently on. Lots of corners? Try Shotguns. Lots of hallways like Firebase Delphi? Try Fusion Rifles. Lots of distance at C on Shores of Time? Try Snipers.
For most primaries, Low ROF, High Impact is the best choice and then use modifiers to improve stability and range. Preferred weapons are Suros, Vex, and Vanquisher for the Auto-rifle category, TLW, Thorn, and a distant second Timur's Lash for handcannons. Pulse, Scout, Universal Remote, and NLB still just aren't very good in most situations. Maybe that will change with upcoming patches. If it's not IB and you're playing Crucible, Attack stat doesn't matter so any blue with a similar ROF/Impact to the above guns will work, especially if they have a good perk.
For specials there is variety. Snipers all are 2-shots or 1 headshot, so high RoF is preferable with a good scope and good stability (Praedyth's Revenge and Prudence). Fusion rifles people generally prefer fast charge, and Plan C's quick charge on weapon switch is pretty impressive. For Shotguns you generally want to maximize range.
If a heavy ammo spawn is coming, make sure you have the proper Heavy equipped. For rocket launchers, look for tracking perks. I prefer Truth as it's the best long range PvP rocket launcher in the game with its aggressive tracking and multi-rocket tube, but there's tons of good machine guns as well. For machine guns, look for high impact high stability to get headshot kills.
Armor has a lot more variety and specific to each class, but be on the lookout for a few of these universally good perks: Melee attack speed, Heavy Ammo, and Revive Speed (for Skirmish/Salvage), and anything that increases super charge rate. For statistics, it depends on your playstyle. Intellect is always good for more supers, but shotgun/melee shield characters like sunsinger and defender titans may like strength. Discipline is generally prioritized either 2nd (non-melee characters) or 3rd.
- Use your entire arsenal. Did I mention bonus points? You get bonus points for killing people with non-primaries such as grenades, heavy, super, etc. You also get bonus points for being awesome with assists, assist streaks, kill streaks, headshots, etc. Ultimately, variety of kill type is still secondary to actually killing people and will just come naturally as you get yourself the proper loadout and maximize everything at your disposal. For example, a Thorn + Axion Bolt combo can be very effective vs teams that are using cover and grouping. Beyond the points, many armor pieces give bonus super/melee/grenade energy for killing with melee/grenades. So the more you effectively use your special abilities, the faster they'll recharge and the more you can use them, all while earning bonus points.
- Consider your team's skill level for matchmaking. Just remember that Destiny does skill-based matching just like other games. If you team up with great players, odds are you'll be matched against skilled teams. Don't stress; just do your best and have fun with your buds. But if you're desperately trying to complete that Thorn bounty, consider teaming up with the worst PvPers you know. You'll get matched against weaker opponents and hopefully have a pretty good K/D ratio.
Getting StartedHave questions about leveling, resources, game modes, etc.? Here's a "Getting Started" guide that should provide some answers:

(And by the way, when you start dismantling weapons and armor that you don't need, keep in mind that weapons give more Ascendant Energy when dismantled if they're leveled up - just leveled up experience-wise, not with any mats or glimmer invested - while armor gives two or three Ascendant Shards when dismantled no matter what.)

Can't wait to run the raid again this week. Hopefully I net a +INT chest for my hunter, and get some boots for the warlock so he can hit 32.

If you see us doing things that exceed your level, don't hesitate to join anyway (if it will let you). Especially if we're running Roc strikes. I'm pretty sure you can still get into those, and the rewards are slightly better as well.

It annoys me to no end that they changed the flavor text on one of the pieces (the chest, I think?).
“But somehow [the Vex] didn’t destroy him” is not nearly as good as “Only his armor and his legend remain.”
Also on Raid lore: I am flabbergasted that Bungie repeated the mistake they made with VoG by having no voiceover during the flight over.
The Division, Warframe (XB1)
GT: Tanith 6227
Mind sharing? Since Bungie is oh so great at storytelling, I'd love to hear it.
Destiny has great lore, but it isn't in the game. It is a really unique setting that feels epic.
I will link that PvP weapon damage chart when I get home.

Ah, this might be my fault, sorry. I bought the Stand Asides, and clearly to maintain universal balance, you needed to forget to buy the Don't Touch Me's.
Apologies.
So I turned a legendary engram into Rahool, and it came out a pulse rifle - Three Little Words. Well, that's crap I'm thinking, then I look at the perks:
Full Auto
Sent It/Flared Magwell/Fitted Stock
Glass Half Empty
So basically it's a higher impact SUROS with max reload speed and a much faster rate of fire. I mean, the PvP TTK on that thing has got to be ridic. And... It's worse than what all three of my guys are already rocking -
Titan - Abyss Defiant
Hunter - Timur's Lash
Warlock - Oversoul's Edict or Word of Crota
I wish I could disassemble my raid weapons then apply the elemental effect to other guns. Or that I could trade/gift that rifle to someone who was like 22 and could then ride it all the way to raid level. Sigh.

I tend to think more highly of CE than some, but I also wonder if a more lengthy and exploratory raid would have been as nice as VoG, or would have felt too samey.
Spoilered for huge.
Tale of Kabr
He broke the House of Kell into factions by himself. He single handedly slew Crota’s child. He alone conquered the Gate Lords, forcing them to do his bidding. He was a strange man. He was called many things, and not all of them kind. Some named him Breaker, to some he was Crota’s Bane, and to others he was Kabr the Legionless. I myself simply called him friend.
This is the story of his fall into madness…
He came to me speaking of a discovery during his travels on Venus. Many Guardians patrolling there spoke of feeling an odd warping disturbance. Kabr went to investigate, and found many Vex there. They were of a variety that he had never seen, bigger and more complex than any others. He scouted them, marking their movements for weeks and learned their purpose. They were guarding something.
He came to me in the Tower and told me that he would embark on a quest to discover what might be there. He said that he felt that the Traveler spoke to him, and that there was something that only he could do there. So he left. Many a time I think back and remember him standing as his ghost prepared to take him, and I wish that I had stopped him. But I remained silent. I could not interfere with the Traveler’s will.
It was months before he came back. Suffice to say that I was relieved to see him. But, when he came back he was not the same. He was battered, covered in grime and blood, and for some reason seemed to be wearing armor fashioned from the body parts of Vex. I could have sworn that his eyes shone red beneath his helm as well.
He told me that there was indeed something on Venus. He said that there was a place where time bent, cold with darkness, near to the point of shattering. I could tell that though his body was on the Tower, his mind was still there in that dark place. He said that Guardians would have to be sent to destroy this place, but that he must break the darkness and forge the light there first.
I must tell you that I wept to see my friend in such a state, but beyond my mask nothing could be seen. I helped him in all ways that I could. I bathed him in the Light of the Traveler to heal him, and gave him a teleporter. He told me that his ghost had been devoured in the darkness, lured by the siren song of an exploding star. I had no idea how he made it to us without the ghost but I sent him back. It was the last time I saw my friend.
I remember his last words to me, as he stood staring into the horizon, seeing things only he could see: “If you hear my voice again I am no longer Kabr”. He told me this, yet I sent him off because I felt that the Traveler wanted this to happen. His light forged a relic allowing guardians today to conquer the darkness, and destroy Atheon. So Guardians, know that when carrying The Aegis that he sacrificed his soul to make, Kabr walks with you.
Of my eons of service to the Travler, it is the one decision I regret. Could not he spare this one soul? His greatest champion battled for him, slaying legions of the Dark, and yet he sent him off to die.
From Reddit.
On Kabr and Those Lost With Him.
Welcome Guardians
This is the tale of Kabr The Legionless, The Aegis, The Enemy of Confluence
Kabr, some described him a harsh unaffectionate Titan, others would state he was indomitable, in both speech and action. The lesson of Kabr, is a tale of pride and misfortune, ultimately one of the most effective lessons to be taught to any guardian. Kabr and those who travelled with him attempted to breach the Vault of Glass, destroy whatever the Vex had locked away and return to the City in glory. Fate was no ally of Kabr, as Kabr and his team would fall prey to the horrors only recently eliminated by brave fire teams of Guardians. Kabr would face the Templar, its shields too powerful to pierce, forcing his team deeper into the Vault of Glass. In the Labyrinth, Kabr and what remained of his team would find the Gorgons, Kabr would be the last to fall, consumed not by defeat, but by assimilation.
We have some of the records of Kabr, his story etched upon the walls of the Vault forever echoing amongst time. Unfortunately, we do not know everything, and I feel myself saying that much to often in these reports, but we do have pieces of Kabr, and the lesson his demise can teach us.
*Information about Kabr’s Armor - *
Kabr fought the Vex alone. But somehow they didn’t kill him. In the aftermath, he became obsessed with the machines. He consumed their technology like fire. Fashioning armor from their remnants. He was claimed by the Vault. His armor and myth are all that remain.
What remains of Kabr is the lesson he teaches us today. Kabr the Legionless may remind us of Osiris of the Praxic Order, an individual who bathed himself in the science and technology of our enemies. But these practices often have ill rewards, as Kabr was to realize this all too late, as the Vex he slew spoke to him even in death. He fashioned armor and weaponry from the machine corpses, but how was anyone to know that even in death the Vex are still a force of nature, ever acting to consume and infect.
The City Vanguard warns Guardians who return with the spoils of the Vault of Glass, some have reported that the Vex corruption is not infectious, but still dangerous. An armor too uncanny, too comfortable, like wearing a second skin, one of a machine and mesh. Cautious words tend not stop the bravest of us to repurpose the meshwork of the strongest Vex opponents, even when the lessons are all around us.
*Hunter Armor Records - *
The Hunters among us have interesting statements about their armor, forged from the dead Hezen Lords. There have been reports of Hunters becoming infected mentally, as if the Vex armor, even though dead, still affects the brain with a myriad of psychedelics.
Forged from the cores of Hezen Vex. If you feel a sense of revelation, remove immediately and inject antientheogens. Forged from the ruin of Hezen Vex armor. The sensory interface feels more natural than bare skin. Forged from the remnants of broken Vex. Some of the component matter is older than the solar system. Skinned in the membranes of the Hezen Vex. There is very little risk they will become permanently attached to your body.
A word on Entheogens - The chemical induces altered states of consciousness, psychological or physiological, often used in religions or philosophical circles to help sway individuals into certain camps.
In the case of the vex, the Entheogens acts as a corrupting element, consuming both the body and soul, for exactly what aims, or how the process is maintained and even achieved is unknown, but it does great effect organics.
Kabr’s Final Words,
Kabr’s final words were found by the Guardian explorers who went to seek out Kabr and those who fell with him. Kabr speaks to us, shows us his demise was ultimately a long winded battle against the Vex, one in which he was doomed to lose.
*I have destroyed myself to do this. They have taken my Ghost. They are in my blood and brain. But now there is hope.
I have made a wound in the Vault. I have pierced it and let in the Light. Bathe in it, and be cleansed. Look to it, and understand:
From my own Light and from the thinking flesh of the Vex I made a shield. The shield is your deliverance. It will break the unbreakable. It will change your fate.
Bind yourself to the shield. Bind yourself to me. And if you abandon your purpose, let the Vault consume you, as it consumed me.
Now it is done. If I speak again, I am not Kabr.*
Kabr states that they are in his blood and his brain, as the corrupting entheogens have coursed through his body, forcing Kabr into something yet undefined, but he was no longer a guardian, he became something less and something more, but make no mistake, Kabr is no longer amongst the living.
Kabr’s final act of defiance to the Vex corruption sending through his body was to create the shield of Aegis, a tool of undeniable power, used to pierce the shields’ of the templar and change the rules of fate. Without Kabr’s actions, Guardians undoubtedly would have shared his in demise, falling down into spiraling madness, becoming another trophy of Aethon, Time’s Conflux.
Only a few primary sources of Kabr remain, mostly from the Legendary hunter Pahanin. Pahanin carried the burden of respect for Kabr and considered him to be a good man, his words emulate the calming force Kabr embodied.
*Words from Pahanin, Legendary Hunter On Kabr, *
*His name was Kabr. He wasn't my friend but I knew and respected him as a Guardian and a good man.
He fought the Vex alone. This destroyed him. In the time before he vanished he said things that I think should be remembered. These are some of them:
"In the Vault time frays and a needle moves through it. The needle is the will of Atheon. I do not know the name of the shape that comes after the needle.
No one can open the Vault alone. I opened the Vault. There was no one with me but I was not alone.
You will meet the Templar in a place that is a time before or after stars. The stars will move around you and mark you and sing to you. They will decide if you are real.
I drank of them. It tasted like the sea."
That is all I can remember.*
Kabr tells us that he was alone, but most scholars believe that this a metaphor for his potential abrasive of those he was travelling with. Rumors abound that Praedyth, Osiris and even Pahanin where amongst his traveling companions into the Vault of Glass. But at the current time, no sources can confirm those reports, no one has seen Osiris for some time, and no record of an individual named Praedyth can be found. Kabr was not alone in the figurative sense, but he man have been alone in friendship, he may have wished to separate himself from weakness when pursuing the unknown, as emotions have been known to add clout to logic.
Pahinin may yet live, he constructed a weapon of great destruction, dubbed “Super Good Advice” by those who have carried it. The weapon was instrumental in our understanding of smart weaponry, and Pahanin has become a legend amongst the inventors of the City’s ever working foundries. But Pahanin, after witnessing the fall of Kabr, became eternally fearful of being alone as Kabr was, alone in companionship of those some could call friend.
The lesson of Kabr, the Legionless can be interpreted in a multitude of pathways, all offering substantial evidence and warrant. One lesson could be of our enemy’s technology. We know very little about the lasting effects of wearing the Vex armor, Hunters, Titans and Warlocks alike report strange occurences of visions, erratic heartbeat, and particularly maddening thoughts. These entheogens could be how Kabr ultimately succumbed, obsessed with the Vex machinations losing his mind and soul to their creations. However, the second lesson, and maybe more important is that of companionship. As a guardian we face certain threats, insurmountable, mountains of enemies stand all around us, all but waiting for us to blemish. Kabr in the end, was without others, those who would be his foundation, supporting his endeavours both physically and psychologically. The lesson Kabr could teach us, is ageless, count upon those next to you, Exo, Awoken, Human, in battle and in life these things should matter not.
For ultimately we stand at the precipice, the apex of Humanity has long since passed us by, but Kabr knew. He knew that alone, a guardian could change the laws of fate, change what is meant to be, stand against tide of time and shield us from its aggressions.
If alone Kabr could do this, becoming almost invincible, attaining undeniable power, bending the laws of the universe. Together, Together Guardians, we can break them.
A popular theory about Kabr is that he was not legionless at all, he had 5 other companions who got erased from existence by the Gorgons, Praedyth is supposedly one of them (Praedyths Revenge Sniper and Praedyths Timepiece Pulse Rifle) so all of the dead guardians who have been killed in Vault of Glass other than Kabr have literally been written out of existence itself, even from Kabr.
I agree that he knew him, but he was not part of the expedition into the VOG.
The only other person that can be said with any certainty to have been part of the expedition is Praedyth. We know this only because, he, like Kabr, left something behind. Otherwise, Kabr fought the Vex alone.
Also the part where Kabr reports to the Speaker is pure conjecture, not backed up by anything whatsoever.
So what's the deal with Osiris? I see his name pop-up, he gives you a mission, and there's supposedly a future event tied to him, so what's he all about?
Osiris was an old Warlock of the city who disappeared. He studied the Hive, in particular prophesizing the coming of Oryx.
While his current activities or whereabouts are unknown, the Trials of Osiris is a Crucible event in his name, which takes place on Mercury.
Regarding the Kabr stuff, its pretty hard to make out what is real and what is not, there is a shitload of fan translated ideas who do not like to call them as such and presents them as the real thing.
Osiris is noted to be in exile. Rumored to be a traitor, it is known that he delved too deep into understanding the Darkness, particularly the Hive.
That's the case with the story that includes the Speaker. it's fanwank, not based on anything concrete. The rest is based on armor descriptions, and grimoire cards. but the writer also incorrectly states that Pahanin was in the Vault.
The two most important statements are these, from the Grimoire:
These are the last words of Kabr, the Legionless:
I have destroyed myself to do this.
If I speak again, I am not Kabr.

His name was Kabr.
That is all I can remember.

CE could've used a section between the maze and the bridge. Eris talked about her group struggling to make it through some canyon (what canyon?), but we teleported to right outside Crota's moon castle! Easy-peasy! We should see the dark towers and foreboding sky of Crota's moon castle off in the distance, then struggle to reach it as we use the bodies of fallen guardians as landmarks in our journey.
A full-auto Three Little Words? That's something I want.
Curses!
Yours even has a fitted stock... gah.
Ideal roll for me though would be field scout instead of fitted stock and counter balance instead of glass half full.
I too want a crafting system. I guess if I had to order my requests for Destiny 2

A full team can make infinite supers, needs 4 Defender Titans with Alpha Lupi with unlocked orb generating bonuses and whatever classes you want beyond that, have fun trying to beat a team with armor of light, weapons of light and blessing of light and also wielding infinite Golden Gun / Nova Bomb.
Like the lag wasnt plenty reason to stay away.
Hopefully they'll be selling the, as yet unobtainable, Shotgun. Which is a beast with the highest impact for a shotgun and the longest range (25 base compared to Invective's 23 base), albeit slow ROF and Reload.
Yeah, but doesn't one Titan Super Saiyan Death Punch or Bladedancer or Warlock Void Bomb like totally negate that entire plan? Especially the Titan. I can super saiyan stuff from pretty far away, after getting lots of practice on using it to coup de grace bosses during strikes. I make no comment on how many of those resulted from failed attempts to dance on top of said bosses. Even stupid Crota has a rounded head you can't stand on. It's totally bogus I say. BO. GUS.

Titan's Creed: Jump first, don't ask questions, punch everything
I'm talking about its use in Clash rather than Control, I cant remember if these maps are removed from the Clash list.
I would back way the hell off and use a sniper rifle to drop fools when they wandered out of the bubble in that case. Or wait for heavy and drop a bunch of rockets. Hey, it's a use for Dragons Breath finally! It's an interesting and cool strategy, but very limited since it requires your team to remain in one known, visible spot. Only works if everyone keeps charging you. If they stop and take some different approaches, it just turns into a deathtrap.

You began to see the problem with the strategy towards the end. If you deny the kill teams (golden gun or whatever) their kills, they don't generate orbs. If they don't generate orbs, there's only so long that the Defender Titans can be self-sustaining.
Also, re-nova bomb. Someone does Nova Bomb the bubbles in that video, but they only successfully get rid of the bubbles, the Titans are left unharmed due to the number of bubbles overlapping. I'd say if you pop it you're going to need team-mates to follow up with either sniping the shit out of the titans inside, or using rocket launchers to get them before the bubbles come back up. Either that or double nova bomb at the same time, assuming you don't get killed while trying to synchronise.
I mean it's possible that strat is overpowered, but you can't really tell unless it's tested against a set of opponents that is actually a team.

This sort of where I'm at as well. I'm 28 on my warlock, still need a legendary helm. Been focusing on pvp/pve bounties and strikes, but I should probably try and add folks to actually try weeklies/nightfalls/raids. The only issue I have is my play times are a bit unpredictable, I usually play from 3am EST to 6am or later. I'll try and start adding folks, hope to start playing with you guys soon
