Well it took longer than I would have liked to get the time off of work guaranteed, and as such there's not very much forewarning, but this Saturday (Feb 7th) I'll be heading to Ann Arbor. Going there with friends used to be a monthly tradition back in high school when we'd see what the U of M Anime Club was airing; don't worry, that's not the focal point.
This trip will be about:
Arcade games!
(Placeholder image. TBD)
Grabbing a bite to eat with pals!
More arcade games!
The wife's going up north to help chaperon the nieces and nephews at Great Wolf Lodge; so instead of sitting around the house I'm gonna go have some fun and hopefully see some friendly faces. This is all subject to change due to weather conditions, especially considering what we just went through with snow. I'll be getting there around 4 or 5, but my plans are entirely flexible.
@Uriel Are you able to go? You know I'm willing to come to Toledo to get you!
@jgeis Hopefully not too far to travel?
@Calamity Jane Kinda in the area? I don't remember where you are atm.
@Bucketman Not really sure where you are, but I thought
@jgeis @'d you for Michigan weather.
@Huntera You're Detroity, right?
Lurkers welcome, too!

Thanks for the offer too I really appreciate it. Had a great time at the air museum last year.
Dang. Doing a Lansing-Toledo-Detroit-Ann Arbor loop would be a little much for me
Daaaaang that's far
Edit: oh wait, your bro is the neighbor. Where are you from?
If you have the chance, you should go to the Soup Spoon cafe, though they're closed on Sundays. (The bread pudding is to kill for.....I have)
Which of the other scarlets is in Chicago with you?
Regardless, let's hang out some time.
