Drink and Draw/Consume and Create?

in PAX East
I'm looking to put together a small-ish (10-15 people) hangout of creative types during PAXEast weekend where we just hang out and do creative things while chilling together, most likely in the Westin Lobby. Nothing really serious, just some good relaxing fun.

I'm not sure if anyone would actually be interested in this, though I'd be willing to help provide some pencils/pens/paper if they're needed. I would first, or course need to know if people would actually want to do this.

    I'm not quite sure what you have in mind, can you give an example? cause drink and draw makes me think beers and pictionary (which I would be down for). This wouldn't exactly go with hanging out in the lobby, but what I like to do as my creative thing is wear a suit for people to sign and draw on and I go around in it all convention (more so I give everyone else a chance to be creative). I plan on devoting more time to just getting it filled in this year, the goal is to get the whole thing filled. I'd love to have someone/people join me in that. That's the pic in my thumbnail. At the very least, come up with something good to draw on somebody and I'll find you at some point during the convention.

    Drink and draws are usually just artists getting together and drinking and sharing work with eachother, chatting and joking around. Though beers and pictionary sounds like A LOT of fun.

    I'm sure my girl would love to do this. She's a graphic designer and does comics, infographics, illustrations and other stuff. How would you want to organize something like this?

    If there's any way I can help, let me know. I'd also be down to take part, I'm just not a very good visual artist...

    I'm not sure, I haven't organized something like this before but It's something that I've really wanted to do for a while. I'll look into it a bit more, see what all we'd need.

    we do these in DC, and they are usually a lot of fun. organizer usually pics some sort of theme, and then everyone shows up, we drink, we draw, we chat... all good times
