Probably nothing considering PAX is indoors... unless there's a blizzard causing delays in flights or anything preventing important people to be here for it.
According to accuweather, it will be warmer for a few days before and during PAX. So the snow will probably melt but flooding from the melting snow may be a problem then.
Take it with a grain of salt as it is so far in the future and it is weather prediction.
There's going to be snow, there's no doubt about that. The question is the quantity, as well as the ambient temperature.
Remember, snow does not equal that it's impossible to walk places, etc. Have good shoes/boots, dress appropriately, and you'll be fine, particularly for those within the 3/4 hotels near the con centre (Since I know the Marriot courtyard is pretty damn close, too). Public transit/cabs may be slower, but you'll be able to get place to place. The biggest issue will likely be for parking.
Remember, plenty of people live in places that get assloads of snow...it's an annoyance, not the end of the world.
Overloaded coat check and a very long queue line for it.

Besides coat check..unless there is a significant storm WHILE Pax is...welll..paxing...there shouldn't be much effect. You might see narrower sidewalks, but I do know they've been hauling snow off the streets in Boston to cut down on the huge snow banks impeding visual "clearance". Coat check (if the weather remains as bitter cold as it has) will be overrun.
That IS something to keep in mind, though: If the cold weather keeps up like it is (below zero over night, single digits during the day)...make sure to pack accordingly, and maybe budget for cabs to those after parties. Nobody wants to be walking a mile, in sub zero temps, drunk, back to the hotel at night....

Spoken like a true Canadian. I'm going to be taking my boots with me, that's for damn sure. Weather is likely going to be better than I have been getting the past 2 weeks...looking at a 5-foot snow drift blocking my front door right now.

i think sometimes when (well-intentioned) people from very snowy climates shrug off the snow totals in other areas, they forget that the issue is less about the quantity of snow and more about how well the city (or state, or whatever) is prepared to handle it. very snowy places have all the proper infrastructure in place to ensure that life can go on relatively undisturbed when a big storm hits; for places that don't typically get that kind of weather, that structure is not in place, and thus the potential for disruption and damage is a lot higher.
boston is hardly the tropics, so of course we've got our share of snow plows and other basic measures in place. but this set of storms we've been pummeled with in the last few weeks has been especially brutal, and is significantly above and beyond what is normally expected. there have been multiple (non-consecutive) days that the mbta has been completely shut down, and most train lines are currently running with very limited service. roads are narrow and messy, in some places moreso than others. sidewalks are not cleared everywhere and in places are impassable. some buildings have suffered damage. we've had no significant melting since the beginning of all this because the temps have just been too low.
HOPEFULLY (so many fingers crossed) we are through the worst of it, so none of this will even be relevant by the time pax rolls around. if we can go a couple of weeks without another big storm and especially if we get a few days above freezing, i'm sure things will be pretty well cleaned up. but it's still worth acknowledging--especially in case those things don't happen--that this is definitely more than a minor inconvenience, and more that just a little snow.
