Played heroes on voice chat with four random people tonight

It was actually fine! They were like what's your name and introduced themselves and then we played some good games

I have no idea where they live or what they do or what their life is like but the internets brought us together to fight mans

    The world is so weird

The diet does get a little repetitive, but it's a lot of meat, nuts, cheese and lower-carb fruits and veggies. I allow fruits and veggies for the most part, but anything grain-based is right out unless it's 80 proof or higher.

We are drinking lots of beer on Saturday and will likely end up at Ground Kontrol if you want to come out. Sunday I don't know because they actually fly out pretty early in the afternoon so we'll probably just wake up late and get a late lunch and they'll fly back.

Yeah my problem is like, what's for dinner! A chicken breast...or...okay what else hm. Cause we usually eat pasta or baked potatoes or sandwiches or whatever.

sigmund: keto clam chowder (no flour for thickening, no potatoes), bunless burgers (topped with guac, cheese, or low sugar ketchup), grilled chicken and a green veggie, steak and a green vegetable...

i bought some almond flour so i'mma try some thin-crust pizzas and tortillas which will give me room for tons more things

A lot of my meals are two courses right now - proteins and veggies, no starches. But as long as I can vary up the meats enough I'm usually content. The toughest meal of the day for me is lunch - I'm too used to grabbing sushi or a burrito, or bringing a PB&J to work. Lots of salads and teriyaki (minus the rice).

The first week or so of a low carb diet is miserable as your body adjusts to the lower blood sugar. But once your metabolism gets used to the idea that it has to burn fat for energy instead of carbs, you start dropping weight like whoa.

I don't think I will ever go too hard off of carbs but it would be nice to have dinners be low carb or no carb most of the time

Just something that's easy and isn't pasta

I can't believe that ground almonds are a good flour substitute outside of cakes. It's too sweet.

nothing's really a 'good' substitute, so far as i can tell. just varying levels of poor imitation.

Yea seems so, but I wonder how much of it depends on all this room based stuff?

Also will Occulus next revision be as good?

no carbohydrates at all ever is p bad for you also, just to note

eat some brown rice or a slice of whole wheat or some vegetable crackers or something

just make sure the carbs you do eat are nutritionally dense per calorie and don't eat too much of them

Okay so if I eat, like, a whole tin of Pringles in a single sitting, that density makes them healthy carbs yeah?

Low carb diets sound utterly miserable. Or possibly I just enjoy food too much for such things
