There's a rumor a big chunk of the game has been hidden, and will not be revealed until the game's public release date of March 24.
People that ordered the collector's edition strat guide together with the game via Amazon may want to look at adjusting their orders. Guide got delayed because they added 128 pages to cover important changes applied through the day 1 update.
The guide will be shipping on April 14th now
If you did have it ordered on a separate order, I would suggest canceling and reordering to take advantage of the 30% off in case you still plan on getting it

Also (Character stat spoilers)There is a stat called "Beasthood" which currently has absolutely no effect or use. Supposedly From also hinted at the ability to turn your character into a beast in past interviews (can't verify this) so rumor has it the day 1 patch includes this ability, which appearantly has such a big impact that the strategy guide for the game has to be increased by over 100 pages just for this patch.

I guess it is this guide.
It also sort of sucks for them too. The sales of these guides have got to be drastically, drastically higher on release day than any other time. And, from appearances, a whole lot of work went into them too. I respect From for wanting to keep secrets but I hope they're not risking people's livelihoods for it.
Hell, that's not even considering the grind that is probably needed to draft 128 exceptionally detailed, full color pages.
I am vowing right here, right now, that I will take my first character to the end of the game before I make a second character to do things the "right" way.
Unless, my first character looks really goofy.
But I can't miss out on Bloodborne
The Souls games are probably the most I've enjoyed a single series in quite a few years, and even if this doesn't end up being that, I've got to find out for sure.
