My vote is an repeated Hell no.
Reason one: The entire fight for registration was the chance to get into the theater it was playing and watch the pros at work. Only to find I can't get into the theater because it barely held a third of the ticket holders population.
Reason two: there is no lack of interest in pax. For the reason of selling tickets. Pax is for the fans to go and see/test the new games coming out in the next year. Among sharing that enthusiasm with other like minded friends. In a number of different genres. Since E3 is now only industry specific.(not to point fingers at upset parents for unrated stuff being showcased)
Reason three: there is a stadium right down the street that will hold majority of the people that would love to watch the game live. Sell tickets for just that event and allow con pass holders to rotate out if space is available.
If you read this I have no problems with league being at pax. I was there when they first showed up to pax. It was a total blast. But the interest has far exceeded the convention and the convention would not suffer from moving them. I may be wrong but I think they have out grown the need to lean on each other for support.
Thanks for reading and let me know what you think. Pardon my grammar on my iPhone hard to edit and type with the little screen. Hope my point was clear.
