is there a schedule or something to look up what levels are playable and when?
But she's sworn her service to Team Cat, while I serve the Hound.
Last I checked, no discernible pattern was showing up. Obviously they can affect things (when new stages drop), but I know that once I had a message pop up saying I couldn't log into the lobby without downloading the news data first, so whatever is setting it is on a server somewhere.

That has been my experience, anyway. My preferred perches are the thin walls before the tower with the one by the half-pipe a fallback if I'm being pressured too much from enemies on the tower itself (a blaster jumping off it towards you is scary if you miss the airshot).
At least everyone isn't using it like when the weapon first came out, because Port Mackerel was hell with almost every player having a splash wall.
