I hadn't seen a thread for this just yet, so I figured I'd post one. For all those looking for rides to PAX Prime and aren't taking the train/greyhound/etc. I figured I'd post this kinda like the Room Share thread, to kinda facilitate those needing help.

Not sure if this is the place to post but, I work across the street from the WSCC and have my car downtown. If I am available I can give a quick ride around Seattle if needed. If that is the case PM me and we can exchange numbers.

Not sure if this is a place to post this but I'm not so much worried about a ride, it's parking. I've never been to Seattle and me and my group are staying with a family member in Bremerton and will be taking the car across on the ferry. What's the best suggestion as far as good affordable places to park that aren't miles away. Thanks. Sorry again if this is a bad post to ask.

If you can walk instead, I recommend it. It's a bit of a walk from the ferry dock to the convention center but, IMHO, better than having a car in downtown Seattle. There is also a pretty good bus system to help you get from the docks to the convention center. If you must drive, be prepared to pay a lot for parking. You can park under Pacific Place (it's a mall close to the convention center) for about $26/day.

Yeah parking plus the ferry? looking at a good 35-40 a day just for that. the walk from the docks to the CC is about 15 minutes so not to bad.

Our only thought is if we decide to pick up any "larger merchandise" and having a vehicle to drop it off in if it's early in the day or if we decide to stay out at night since if I remember right when I looked that the last ferry is around midnight and we may want to attend some bar events and whatnot.
