Snapchat glitch?

So my friends seem to have a Snapchat replay feature that doesn't appear on my phone. I looked into it, and it's supposed to be Settings>Additional Services>Manage>Replay. When I select manage, I only see Filters, Power Save Mode, and Permissions. Screenshots online indicate that there should actually be a few more options here. What am I missing?

    I go on the app App Store and there's no new updates, the box just says "Open"

    I checked and there's no new iOS updates, just in case that matters

    I have an iPhone 4, could that be why? On the other hand, I've gotten more recent features, like tapping snaps instead of holding

    Yeah, entirely possible that they just don't update the app for older iOS versions any longer.
