I've never done the sublingual pill dissolve method

Like I could imagine it being useful if it was a painkiller or some other sporadic medication, or if you had liver troubles and there were concerns that your live couldn't handle the meds.

But with hormones, they already are (or will be if you're not on them yet and want them) a constant in your body, so I never really saw the need to rush the next dosage, and thought if you felt you were crashing around the time of your next dosage, that's something that has to be fixed with adjusting the dosage or altering the proportions you take during the day?

But then if sublingual absorption makes you feel better, then that's also a valid thing to happen and who am I to say otherwise

The doctor who prescribed it for me said that it's the way I should be taking it, so it might be my liver? I'm on a few other medications for fibromyalgia so it's probably best not to tax it too hard.

Pills can be manufactured in different ways, even for identical dosages; it's best to follow whatever guidelines your pharmacist has for whatever medications you're taking

I try to go for fully but it takes like, over half an hour and so far i've only been able to manage to keep my tongue set like that once out of the few doses i've taken

I like "hey kids" or "sup nerds" as an ironic greeting that works as gender neutral.

I live in the south and must protect my northern heritage by refusing to say "y'all" unless speaking in a hip hop cadence but use "folks" to describe groups of people fairly often.

If I were much more north I'd be Canadian and I use "y'all" all the time. Heritage can suck it, it's a useful word.

Where under the tongue are you keeping them? For me the pills usually dissipate into nothing within a couple minutes...I keep them in the wettest part down the back, are you doing that?

Also I want to offer `you lot' and `you arseholes' as collective group terms I regularly enjoy using with friends.

I say dudes and guys all the time. They have become entirely non-gendered to me. Especiallyguys. Like it is literally this current discussion that has made me remember that "guy" actually does refer specifically to a male.
