This is a shot at a collection of ideas I had a few years ago, about looking critically at the universe of Super Mario Bros. in light of the total lack of explicit narrative in the original game in particular. Who are these strange men? What motivates them? By what right do they wreak the havoc they do on this strange place? What do they feel about where they are and what they're doing?

And so, this is one lens through which to look at all that, with Luigi, the second brother, the also-ran, as a complicit onlooker, wandering now through some fractured, rotting liminal place in this strange world, reflecting on it all in scattered fragments.

there's a new tab with a little picture of people on it

start a new clan for 50 rubies and name it

then folks search for the clan name to join it

I should make a game called click clikers where you play a guy playing a basic clicker game and you have to click the mouse on screen to get things to happen in the games game.

Add an option to minimize the in-game game when the in-game manager walks around the corner, and a pay to click button that minimizes your game when your manager walks around the corner.
    You're gonna be rich, Bucketman.

Funny thing about that fight; My opponent did a charge attack, with a big-ass club. Had that attack hit me instead of my bear, It'd have one shot me.

I would have more health, but on my last level up I got the choice of either boosting one of my three stats (I forget which it was) or a pet bear.

Every pet a brute owns lowers their health, so they get extra help and potentially more damage, at the cost of being more squishy.

In this case it was absolutely worth it, as the Bear does better unarmed damage than me, AND has a bigger health pool. There's little downside.

I was up in the children's department a few days ago and some of the kids were playing agario and it was a weird moment, I'd just been playing it myself a few minutes before.

Also fuck yeah My Brute, I'd completely forgotten about this and it's pretty ok.

Nah but it's always interesting to me when kids find things because I have no idea how information travels for current 8 year olds. When I was that old it was almost entirely word of mouth, maybe tv or radio, but do 8 year olds now use social media or is it all word of mouth?

I'd guess they probably saw it when some streamer played it on their stream. Though I wouldn't count facebook or twitter out entirely either.

It's fine, I've almost got 50 rubies again, when I do I'll just make another clan.
