I'm looking for the old "They fucked on the boat" thread. When I search the forums I find a lot of people referencing it, but I can't find the thread itself. Can anyone help out?

    I remember that one distinctly, but it doesn't look like the thread exists anymore. All I found (and you probably found this too) was this post which links to the thread. Maybe it was lost during the move to the new forum software, or maybe the mods felt it best to remove it entirely. No idea!

    Hmm, don't think so. Pretty sure it was an H/A thread. The basics of it were that the OP was concerned about his girlfriend being close to some other friend of hers. She was going to visit him at some lakeside cabin. At some point, after several updates and advice(?) had been given, the OP reported on his final interaction with his girlfriend, which was just the line quoted above. That's all I remember about it at this point, though.

    As far as I can tell the only reference to that line in H/A is this thread.

    I think the thread was pre-2007, which is before the earliest post in H/A. I guess it could have been in some sort of chat thread too on one of the other subforums, since there were a lot more of those things back then.

    Looks like that's the one. It seems it actually was an H/A thread that was probably separately archived in one of those old subforums for shit people thought was cool. Some of that content was lost to various software issues.

    That thread was made in December 2006, and by that point I was on an extended forum break and no longer posting.

    Memories.
