Waiting for the train home from a friends bday. Some how ended up picking up girls at a gay bar? Who knows. Way too sober for this.

I was really hoping that the next ME would have us Spectring it up across the galaxy, what with the governments being in a weakened state and unable to enforce law and order, the spectre's role becomes more important than ever

no galaxy threatening main plot, just bad guys doing bad things because they can and you get to stop them in a non linear way

Andromeda sort of might be doing that?

But they dumped it hundreds of years in the future in another galaxy for no fucking reason

Ok I just ordered the Tali dress and an N7 hoodie

If they were in stock and I had more money I'd have bought an N7 tank top for pajamas

    1) If I had more money I'd totally buy all those things. Alas, spending over a hundred on what I just bought is uh, not a great thing on its own and I mostly did it to reward myself for the massive, massive amount of work I've been doing

If I work hard this weekend I will get like another $100 in clothes money I have decided

    2) You should ABSOLUTELY grab the N7 hoodie - they are amazing. Rad bought one and now it's Quid's because he's bigger than her and law of the jungle and it's amazing. I've stolen it at their place because I am sneaky and law of the jungle and it's amazing.

Basically it is super well made and comfy.

It's implausible that they wouldn't be so popular that there would be a Liara ad selling future Coke on a billboard on every planet you visited

And Wrex would definitely become a huge wrestler so every time the player turned on the TV they'd see him trash talking his opponent in the Krogan's WWE championship!

Sometimes I not only judge that P, but I also have some further ‘higher-order’ evidence about my reliability when it comes to this sort of judgment. Perhaps I make an arithmetic judgment but at the same time have evidence that I am drunk (and so arithmetically unreliable). I argue that the rational response in such a situation is to calibrate one’s confidence in P to the level suggested by one’s higher-order evidence--in this case, however confident I would be in P just given the description “I judged that P, drunkly.” As a special case, this “calibrationist” doctrine entails a conciliatory view of peer disagreement. Some have found conciliatory views to be disturbing, taking them to collapse into skepticism and psychologism. I develop a conciliatory view which need be neither of these things, which is fortunate, given that I also argue it is correct.

MrMister, is there a reason that something collapsing into skepticism means people shouldn't accept it?

Or is that just kind of a "this doesn't do that" because otherwise people will reject it out of hand because they are meat-puppets operated by the electromagnetic hand?
