So I finally started consolidating years worth of unorganized digital photos. When I was using a digital camera I organized things with picasa. But since switching mostly to smartphone, I've just been randomly pulling photos off the phone when it got full and storing them in various locations. Consolidated into 1 gigantic folder (140gb) sitting on and external hard drive.
Is picasa still the best bet for managing my photos?

My photos auto upload to Google Photos when on WiFi, and I can move them into albums when on a PC or just leave them.
