Woo, new character name. Lewis has been around for a while. Most famously in NSFC and Lingering Odor.

By my count we have 25 characters with names now

Malachi, Seventeen, Brian, Purdy, Lumpy, Braden, Colin, Tanner, Fred, Steve, Steven, Darla, Lucy, Anne, Lori, Linus, Russell, Gwen, Liesel, Jeremy, Olivia, Dani, Neimen, Lewis and the Proto Kid.

If anyone knows another can they let me know

    There's Poostar.

I don't think that's his real name, though. Or rather, I hope it isn't. But it's as close as we've got.

  • TimAusTimAus Registered User regular
I contemplated including him, but didn't. I really hope it's not his name.

Yeah, wasn't sure if you wanted to count him or not, but thought I would throw it out there.

Actually, thinking about all of their identities makes me wonder who naked ghost camper was.

Or who the skeletons belonged to in the Deep Woods. I'm going to believe it was just a supply drop of old Halloween props.

@Colmeirin Well, there is a mountain lion. That's a cat.

Edit: Now, I remember why I actually came here. The actual cat was hard to find! I'm usually pretty good at spotting them, too.

@Colmeirin There is definitely a hidden cat.

"By Katie & Adam & Lewis" made me smile. Also: sneaky cat.

I think Lewis has a bright future in front of him.

To pry: new comics are we going right into a story line or will there be some self-contained comics first?
It's been so long since my boys Steve and Steven have had a comic. :D

I'll have to come back, as much of the site, including the comic an the mavigation, is not appearing.

even Lewis draws 17 with dirty feet, she just can't get a break.

and proving once again: He who writes history, makes history!

This kid is me because he is called Lewis and thinks he is a way better artist than he actually is...

We won't be launching into a longer storyline right away.

@R3TEST: If you're using Firefox, try a different browser. Chrome and IE both seem to work.

    Thanks for answering!

Edit: I can't think of what to call them other than self-contained. Slice of life, maybe? But the little windows into the other campers and camp life are always interesting.

Guys, guys! Tomorrow! Camp comics tomorrow!
First time commenting over here but, just in case either Katie or Adam (or Lewis) reads these, I've read every single one. Multiple times. I laugh each time. I love the premise, I love the art, I love the story, I love the characters, and I love that it all continues tomorrow!

I'm excited. Are you excited? Because I am. Let's do this. I'm pumped.

Edit, a show of appreciation for a fellow fan:

    They're called stand-alone. :)

Might want to warn everyone that your comics will no longer appear if using adblock... if this was intentional this was the wrong approach.

ABP users, this seems to be an unfortunate directory structure naming coincidence. Add an exception rule for hw1.pa-cdn.com/camp/assets/img/* .

I just tested it with Firefox and ABP with no changes. There were no problems for me and the comic displayed fine.
