Not sure where to post - Purchased wrong ticket! HELP!
I recently purchased a PAX ticket from the PAX website. However, I accidentally purchased the international ticket instead of the local one which was sold out. So currently I have a ticket that I'm unable to use and I do still want to go to PAX. Is it possible to get in contact with someone from PAX and work out a refund or store credit for remaining day tickets?
Just can't justify throwing away $160.00AUD and purchasing additional tickets.
Have already tried emailing them for weeks now and never got a response. The tickets are selling out and am running out of options!
