So im good, except my prof seems to be making shit up on the fly. Ive looked through all course material and nowhere does it show how to work on what I guess is a multi-valued relationship.
Im lost. There is nothing anywhere on what this is, or what it takes to solve them. Could anyone help?

That is a thing, but not in this example. A double-lined attribute means multi-value, but a double-lined entity or relationship means a weak entity or relationship to a weak entity.
