So the entirety of the Lookouts world isn't covered in dense forest! Good to know.

Gabe has been seriously ill (he skipped PAX Aus which is how you know it's serious) and is recovering. So exercise a little patience.

Made an account for the express purpose of bitching about how the free entertainment that's provided to you here isn't what you want.

Classy, and not entitled at all.

I'm interested to see what Tavis does with the setting. The last couple of "first-party" Lookouts universe stories have frankly been a little too elliptical for me to maintain my enthusiasm.

Tycho and Gabe is what I came here for too, if complaining is entitlement. Then what is surrounding yourself with people who only agree with you? Self Spoiling? Ignorance?

Don't get pissed off when someone doesn't like the same thing you do. Comments are feedback. It's not always peaches and sunshine.

There were other "first-party" Lookouts comics? I only remember a couple of other ones that I know were written by G&T.

Eyre-verse comics done by Mike and Jerry themselves:

    The original one-shot: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2009/06/10

"A Boy Must Learn," six parts starting here: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2010/04/26

"Thornwatch," three parts starting here: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2012/10/17

"The Tithe," ten parts starting here: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2013/09/06/the-tithe-part-one

"The Judging Wood," five parts starting here: http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2015/03/06/the-judging-wood-part-one

    I think that's all...

Interesting, I was going into it expecting it to be like "the talk" where they had a bunch of artists each do a page.
Having Tavis do it all would be really interesting as well.

Complaining about someone not giving you specific content while they are seriously ill, is a seriously shitty thing to do.

To be fair, the guy complaining initially may not know Mike has been sick. A lot of people never read the news posts, I'm sure.

You're not absolved of anything if your first response is to whine instead of talking two seconds to seek information.

Nice art. Kinda want some merchandise of Squab's take in the last comic. Get better Mike. Or we'll have to replace you with a Chinese sweatshop.

As evidenced by last Friday's comic (and some other times there have been guest artists), technically Mike doesn't have to be drawing the strip to get Gabe and Tycho comics.
