Just received a gift for my sister and a gift for my father from a mysterious saint (and they were wrapped which is a huge boon since I wrap like a 2 year old).
They sound amazing from the description and exactly perfect for them. I would have never even thought of these things, nor could I have afforded them now. I dunno who sent them right now, but these things will bring them such cheer on Christmas. I will update as other gifts arrive and as the family opens what the Saints have sent.
I have said it before, but I will say it again: the love and consideration of this forum is astounding. Ya'll are amazing. I love all of you, and as soon as I can pay it forward, I will. I promise.

Thank you @Pinfeldorf ! I assume you are also the one who sent me the other gifts to the family as well? I look forward to playing this game with them on Christmas! Once I saw your note I quickly wrapped it to try and keep myself surprised as well.
But thank you again! (I had asked for a board game type thing that my family could sit down and play together on Christmas, keeping in mind that none of them were gamers)
Excuse me, I think I have something in my eye. Ya'll are really great and are really helping me to spread some cheer in my family.

so cool! I will cherish this for a long time to come.
Just looking at it will transport me home, of this I am sure
It took me a second to figure out what that ornament was. Nice. Is the bracelet some epic level loot too? I can't remember the name of any bracers from WoW.

It's a mana crystal bracelet, evidently with enough in it to cast a sludge belcher or a loatheb
Just got home from a loooong day out of town, and a mysterious box set upon our door!
Snickers has decided to be the one to investigate (this is, after all, her home. So clearly the gift is for her.
Lacking thumbs, she allows the wife to open the package. Under close supervision, of course.
An open box! This summons Onyx from the food bowl to confirm. It is, in fact, a box. What's in the box?
A bag! The cats have had enough of this riddle, and leave it to the humans.
The note left no name to thank, only wishes for a Merry Christmas (it will be!) So what's in the bag?
A very nice food processor from our wedding registry! We've been wanting one of these for some time. Cutting vegetables by hand is frankly just a pain in the butt.
THANK YOU SO MUCH MYSTERIOUS SAINT! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Wow, I uh...do not have the disk space for MGSV. I am seeing what I can remove without getting rid of save files but I may need to get a secondary harddrive before I can play MGSV (I guess this was the downside to building this PC with a solid state hard-drive)
EDIT: Deleted enough stuff so now I have enough room for it for now!
Munkus Beaver on

I am so proud to have been a part of organizing this.
I'm definitely going to do it again next year and I'll get a much earlier start on it so it can be more organized.
If I could recommend next year involves blackjack and hookers...

A kind stranger has gifted us the present of Masks! Majora's, in particular!
Thank you so much, whomever! Tara was absolutely blown away by this one--many fun times are surely going to be had. Someone really went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough!
Soooo apologies for not posting this last night, it was a bit busy but oh my goodness y'all are awesome
Boxes!
Onyx is apparently on guard duty tonight
"Seems legit"
Sabrina diligently supervises as the wife opens the first box. It was accidentally opened upside down so I didn't get a good picture of the giftbox but here's what was in it:
A very lovely top from Dare to Wear! There was someone in the Satan's thread that had a few of these on their wishlist. I found them and showed them to the wifey and this was one of her favorites! She'd just gotten home from work and hasn't tried it on yet but it looks absolutely beautiful and honestly she was really moved that she got it.
On to the next box!
It's a bag! What's in the bag?
Another bag! What's in that bag?
ANOTHER BAG! Sort of. It's a soft cat carrier bag, for Sabrina! She absolutely, without a doubt, hates regular cat carriers. We can't even get her in one anymore.
Ahem, Snickers. I said it's for Sabrina
Like a glove!
The notes were, once again, simple, sweet, and anonymous *shakes fist!* Thank you, all, so very much. The registry items have been amazing, but for her to actually get a personal gift for her was really special to her. I just can't find good words to say beyond thank you
@Blackhawk1313 I just confirmed safe arrival of all packages we are doing a small get together tonight I'll send video.

More gifts arrived today!
A pair of DeWalt goggles for my father (to help with his construction endeavors), a slanket for my new brother in law (he had been specifically curious about one [he is from Portugal and they don't really have Snuggies over there]) as well as a 36 Prismacolor Verithin Colored Pencil Set.
I just...wow. I can't wait for Christmas when I can see and report the family's reactions. My family will be blindsided by kindness.

Hmm... 2 of the packages I sent show as delivered; the last (with the bulk of the gifts) apparently was sent to the wrong carrier facility and the tracking number hasn't shown an update since Thursday... thanks, Obama.

Now that we're all here together...
If I set up a PayPal account would anyone be interested in donating to Childs Play?
I know we have had the auction in the past but unfortunately I'm not equipped to set that up.

well played
I need to change out the batteries on the hearthstone but at least it had batteries out of the box
As long as you're not on an unprocessed food only diet

Do they light up with the mana cost of cards you're about to play? Because that would be cool.

I can't express how gorgeous I find that shade of blue.
RIP Psykoma's last $80, spent on mana crystal bracelets.
