Badges go out in waves and can show up anytime up to the week of PAX itself. If you don't receive all your passes by the Friday or Monday before PAX, email pax_questions@paxsite.com and tell them that they didn't arrive and you need a plan for getting them. Usually they will tell you to bring your confirmation number and your photo ID (the ID of the person who purchased the badges) to PAX Will Call to pick them up. Make sure you send that email though so they have an idea of how many badges they need to allocate for failed mailings.
An update for those who are wondering about the badge mailing cutoff. The cutoff date was January 8th. If you purchased (like on or) after this date, you will need to pick up your badges at PAX using the photo ID of the person who purchased the badges, and your confirmation.
