I had sex last Saturday and I haven't been feeling to good, we did it 3 times after that and at one point he thought the condom broke... it didn't though! The condom we used was kept in a box under my school books and clothes. Was the condom defective? I got sick 4-5 times yesterday and I've been feeling nauseous for 2 days. I have really bad anxiety so am I just overreacting or could I be pregnant?

If you have concerns about being pregnant this early, get a high sensitivity pregnancy test - it'll say something like sensitive to 10mIU/ml on the package, lower is better. You can test like this Saturday or around when your period should be.
More likely you have some sort of illness and shold let a doctor handle this. It may or may not be related to your sexual activity - hard to tell without more info, but that's what the doctor is for. If you go now you won't have to worry about timing the pregnancy test yourself and can also get info on post-conception contraception if you're interested - though it probably won't apply in this case. This is a clear cut reason to visit the clinic if I ever saw one, so you should schedule it as soon as you're able.
As for the condom being defective, what's the expiration date?
