Guys, if you're suffering - remember that there is help. I hope that you know that and that you find the strength to seek it out.

You know, I was reading something online and someone brought up the possibility that Dave Mirra had CTE from all of the falls and probably concussions he went through.
its possible but there's also thirty other things that could have caused it
occurred to me this morning that Dave Mirra was a playable character in several video games I played when I was a kid and X-Games was the coolest thing ever
lets get Tony Hawk on house arrest. not because he's a suicide risk. but to stop him from making another Tony Hawk game
Things like this scare the crap out of me. There's always a part of me that thinks if I were financially better off, had more accomplishments to be proud of, or was in a romantic relationship with any kind of future, it would 'solve' my depression. And then I hear about people who seemed to have all of those things going for them, but nope, screwed up brain chemicals are still screwed up brain chemicals at any tier of personal success.
Realizing lately that I don't really trust or respect basically any of the moderators here. So, good luck with life, friends! Hit me up on Twitter @DesertLeviathan

so did the top-rated chef
let me tell you about depression
It scares me reading these stories because I know that's still lingering somewhere in my brain.
but can we just say that he died in the thread title, and go into more detail in the actual thread content?
maybe i'm just being silly about it, but that was my instinctive reaction on seeing it Just There
It is fucking bullshit and I hate it

we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other
Pro wrestling as an industry definitely has a lot of baggage that I could totally see putting them at risk of depression/suicidal tendencies.
