[Fallout] Nuka World out now. Better mascots than you have tried!

It'll be pretty hard for this to disappoint me too much since all I really want out of it is the robot creation system. Adding everything else as abit of spice to introducing it is fine.
I will spoil the thing that killed my hype (it is not a big story spoiler per se, but yeah - definitely do not open this spoiler if you want to be totally blind to the plot):
I mean, BethSoft had everything perfectly tee'd-up to enrich some of their best injected history into the franchise, and they just whiffed.
The expansion has less content than some of the mods I'm using right now, and the biggest apparent draw is that you can make robots to fight other robots in a game where NPC combat is weak at best.
I want to like this weapon but it's just augh.. 500 Shots for a single fusion core? Nice i can deal with that i have over 300 Fusion cores but the Gatling laser does not take into account fusion core related Perks which means when those 500 shots are done it dumps a 33% filled fusion core into my inventory
EVERY TIME.
This drove me nuts. I tried to take a positive look at it in selling partial cores for full price at vendors, but for some weird reason when I sell them I'm still left with partial cores. I keep selling and selling and I still have them, as if the game is combining cores and eventually eating into my stack of full cores. Eventually I just stored my full cores in a container/companion and that let allowed me to finally sell off my partial cores in my inventory.

I'm disappointed they didn't make The Vision a Protectron.

Uses the animations of humanoid enemies taking cover. Looks cool.
No, Assaultrons look too human. Protectrons are more visibly roboty.
Enclave X-02 Power Armor mod
Siding with the railroad would be easier if he didn't put so much trust in me, damnit.
There aren't really any good options for the FO4 main quest. That may have been very intentional (both sides of the Skyrim Civil War had positives and negatives, and it's easy to imagine the situation going bad or good as long as somebody wins it).
Look, sacrifices needed to be made, but when Skynet conquers the Earth, we will be rewarded for our collaboration.
It would also help if
Like, to me at that point Shaun is just some dude in a lab coat who I feel no emotional connection to whatsoever. He was a personality-less baby the last time I saw him; 210 years and sixty years of his own aging later, he's just some asshole.
I'm sure it's already been posted, but it looks like they're shooting for early summer (may-ish) for access to console mods. My PC is nowhere near good enough to run FO4 without substantial investment, and the modded form of the game seems so superior already (even without the release of official mod tools!) that I'm really looking forward to this. Some of the mods I've seen on the Nexus - especially the expanded character customization options and settlement workshop stuff - looks so good playing the vanilla game seems undeniably inferior in comparison.
I'm also hoping that somebody just releases stuff like "infinite caps mod" and "infinite building materials". I have a lot less time to devote to a game like this than I used to and I'm so over running around earning money to buy lumber, or trawling through vendor trash to find a Component to build a Thing. Just give me a toy box and let me experiment; if I had a PC that's what I'd be doing with the console commands anyway.
Beautiful.
My overall appreciation for power armor in general dwindles every time I have to pick something up and that little 'bounce and sway' motion makes the crosshair reposition itself; second place goes to 'lose all your cool armor and stat bonuses' because wearing leather padding is somehow negated because reasons.
I cannot wait for the CK to fix that shit.
One of my favorite areas in the game, it reminds me of The Divide. Just a nice irradiated hellhole to go to when the normal ones start to feel too normal.
It's like a Fallout version of this:
Apparently the update did something weird. First thing I see when I walk outside Diamond City is one of Cricket's caravan guards walking around fully armored, but also barefoot and in her underwear. Not sure if she had a weapon, since I didn't shoot at her. This is on a console, so it's obviously not a mod conflict.
Oh, gamebryo. You do strange things sometimes.
Are the Children unknowingly gathering humans that have developed some sort of immunity to radiation? Are they synths of some kind?
Elaborate please, Far Harbor.
EDIT: wait, can anybody read that? Spoiler tag doesn't seem to be working on my post. Odd.
The toolset should be out tomorrow blast it!
Dammit, I literally just got into bed !
Guess I'll play it tomorrow.
I have two characters who have finished the game - a high Int science guy who loves laser weapons, and a low Int melee guy. Be interesting to see how the Robot DLC is changed for my low Int guy with no science perks...
Also yay im an aussie with a console so I can play it now actually
I am a bit worried because theyve said the season pass will be like skyrim, but skyrim only really had like 2 dlcs, whereas fallout 3 had 5?
When first meeting Ada, she keeps moonwalking away from me (and keeps sliding out of conversation as a result) like the reverse of an NPC that approaches you to talk/begin convo. Good stuff.
