Can't download a Windows 10 App, error 0x80240024

Usually I wouldn't post something this simple, but I cannot find any solutions online. I am trying to download the Xbox Accessories app for Windows 10, but it won't install it, and keeps giving me error 0x80240024.

I've tried researching this and most threads online either end with no solution or are about Windows 10 preview versions from a year ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Open the run window and type wsreset.exe. Once it opens, if everything works great. If not, go to settings and check for application updates, then go back into settings and sync licenses.

    I was about to do that and then it properly downloaded. Weird... okay guess I'm glad it just works now. Thank you!
